By accessing or using Kiikiis, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services.

1. Overview

Kiikiis is an online multivendor marketplace that allows independent sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell products to customers (“Buyers”). Kiikiis provides the platform, tools, and payment processing integrations, but does not manufacture, warehouse, or ship products.

2. Eligibility

To use Kiikiis, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies

Kiikiis reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at any time.

3. Accounts

Buyer Accounts

Buyers must provide accurate information for purchases, shipping, and communication.

Vendor Accounts

Vendors must:

• Provide truthful business information
• Maintain accurate product listings
• Fulfill orders promptly
• Comply with all marketplace rules and legal requirements

Kiikiis may request identity verification for security or compliance purposes.

4. Marketplace Fees

By selling on Kiikiis, Vendors agree to the following fee structure:

• Listing Fee: $0.20 per product listing, valid for 180 days
• Commission Fee: 10% per completed order
• Payment Processing Fees: Standard credit card processing fees apply (set by the payment processor)

Fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Prohibited Items

Vendors may NOT list, sell, or distribute any illegal, dangerous, or restricted items. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons prohibited by law
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit or replica items
• Child exploitation materials
• Items violating copyright or trademark laws
• Hazardous materials requiring special licensing
• Items banned under U.S. federal, state, or local law

Kiikiis may remove listings, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity to authorities.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and photos
• Ship orders within the stated timeframe
• Handle returns or disputes according to marketplace policy
• Use buyer information only for fulfilling orders
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or unauthorized marketing
• Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations

Vendors are solely responsible for their products, listings, and interactions with buyers.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Review product descriptions before purchasing
• Communicate respectfully with vendors
• Not engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations

8. Payments & Payouts

Payments are processed through secure third‑party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Kiikiis does not store full credit card details.

Vendor payouts are issued according to the marketplace payout schedule after:

• Commission fees
• Payment processing fees
• Any applicable adjustments

Kiikiis may delay payouts if fraud, disputes, or compliance issues arise.

9. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Vendors are responsible for:

• Packaging
• Shipping
• Delivery
• Providing tracking information (if applicable)

Kiikiis is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

10. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are handled by Vendors according to their store policies, unless Kiikiis intervenes for fraud, safety, or compliance reasons.

Buyers must contact the Vendor directly for return requests.

11. Disputes

If a dispute arises between a Buyer and Vendor:

1. The parties should attempt resolution directly
2. If unresolved, Kiikiis may review the case
3. Kiikiis may issue refunds, remove listings, or take corrective action

Kiikiis’ decision is final.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Kiikiis—including logos, branding, text, images, and design—is owned by Kiikiis or licensed to us.

Vendors must not upload or sell items that infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

13. User Content

By posting content (reviews, listings, images, etc.), you grant Kiikiis a non‑exclusive license to display, modify, and distribute that content for marketplace operation.

You must not upload:

• Illegal content
• Harassment or hate speech
• Pornographic or explicit material
• Malware or harmful code

14. Termination

Kiikiis may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating marketplace policies
• Selling prohibited items
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Abusive behavior
• Failure to comply with legal requirements

Users may close their accounts at any time.

15. Limitation of Liability

Kiikiis is not liable for:

• Vendor actions or omissions
• Product defects or misrepresentations
• Shipping delays or losses
• Buyer misuse or fraud
• Third‑party payment processor issues

Use of the marketplace is at your own risk.

16. Privacy

17. Changes to Terms
